Game Update, 31/01/08
Update - Thursday January 31
Hero AI- Improved Hero AI for the Monk skill, Holy Veil.
- Improved Hero AI for the Elementalist skill, Vapor Blade.
- Improved Hero AI for the Mesmer skill, Drain Delusions.
- Improved Hero AI for the Assassin skill, Mark of Death.
- Improved Hero AI for the Assassin skill, Augury of Death.
Miscellaneous- Charr Bladestorms found in Guild Wars: Eye of the North now wield swords instead of axes to match their equipped skills.
- Damned Crewmen in the Shards of Orr now have Clamor of Souls instead of Destructive Was Glaive to remedy large spike damage that occurs when these creatures disappear during final boss encounter.
- Updated Automated Tournament map rotations.
Bug Fixes- Fixed a bug in Eye of the North that could allow players to accept the Smell of Titan in the Morning quest before saving Captain Langmar, thus preventing these players from turning the quest in when completed.
- Fixed a bug with some male player armor combinations involving Chaos Gloves, Glacial Gauntlets, Destroyer Gauntlets, and Stone Gauntlets that could leave a gap at the left elbow.

Why are people so eager to be the first to post the update notes lol
and tbh looks like a boring update nothing special at all
But what are these Special Exhibitions Games on observe mode. anybody know??

2nd Pve related update? What the..who is...whaaa? since when do they make updates that are fixing PvE bugs and not nerfing skills interesting.
Cool update I'm sure some people would appreciate the armor thing.

I agree. Holy Veil was awesome on monk heros before. They would use it as a hex removal like they are supposed to (cast it and then instantly remove it). Because of the fast reaction time to deactive enchantments, they did it better then a human monk.
Do they like... preprot with it now? In which case that probablly works worse then before.

nope. it means they patched up the crack or slice that was missing from the elbow when you equiped one of the specified gauntlets.
its great that they fixed it.

How about updating Pious Assault AI? Heroes won't use this skill unless they have an enchantment on them, even though the skill is more beneficial when they DON'T have one.
